Public offer regarding donations

“A Step into the Future”

This document is an official offer (public offer) from the Autonomous Non‑Profit Organization “Step into the Future”, registered under number 1192651020462, to enter into charitable donation agreements and contains all the terms for concluding a donation agreement with any person who responds, on the terms specified below.



Please read the text of this public offer carefully, and if you do not agree with its terms or with any of the clauses of the offer, please refrain from concluding the contract. 

The donation agreement is concluded by accepting this Offer. In accordance with clause 3 of Article 434 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, the Agreement is considered to be concluded in writing. 

The Offer is an official document published on the website of the “Step into the Future” Center.



Any person has the right to accept the Offer, i.e., to respond to the proposal published in the Offer, and therefore to enter into a donation agreement with the “Step into the Future” Center. 

Paying the donation amount constitutes an action to accept the Offer and is an action to fulfill the terms of the agreement with the “Step into the Future” Center. Funds are paid only by transferring them to the bank account of the “Step into the Future” Center. 



When transferring funds, the “payment purpose” field in the payment document must indicate: “charitable donation.” 

Acceptance of the Offer in any other way, in particular by indicating a different wording for the payment purpose in the payment document, is not permitted. 

If the payment document of an individual does not indicate their citizenship, it is assumed that they are a citizen of the Russian Federation. 

If an individual is a foreign citizen, the payment document must indicate the individual’s citizenship. 

If an individual is a stateless person, this must be indicated in the payment document. 



Payment documents for legal entities must indicate the name of the country where the legal entity is established. 

If the payment document for a legal entity does not indicate the name of the country where the legal entity is established, it is assumed that it is established in the Russian Federation and operates under the law of the Russian Federation, which is its personal law. 

The date of acceptance of the Offer and, accordingly, the date of conclusion of the Agreement is the date when the funds are credited to the bank account of the “Step into the Future” Center specified in this Offer. 

The place of conclusion of the Agreement is considered to be the city of Pyatigorsk, Russian Federation. 



The terms of the Agreement are determined by the Offer in the version (including amendments and additions) that is in force (are in force) on the day when the donor submits a payment document to the bank. 



The donor is responsible for complying with the terms of the Offer regarding the procedure for concluding the Agreement, including all responsibility for the accuracy of information about the donor’s citizenship or the country under whose law the donor’s legal entity is established and operates, including all liability provided for by the civil, administrative, and criminal legislation of the Russian Federation. 

The donor is obliged to compensate for all losses caused to the “Step into the Future” Center due to a violation of the procedure for concluding the Agreement as stipulated in the Offer, including losses caused by providing inaccurate information about the donor’s citizenship or personal law. 

Terms of the Offer: 

The donor transfers funds in the amount specified in the payment document to the ownership of the “Step into the Future” Center for use for public beneficial purposes provided for in the Charter of the “Step into the Future” Center and the charitable program. The ownership right to the funds is transferred from the date they are credited to the “Step into the Future” Center’s account. 



All other issues not regulated in this Offer should be governed by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
