REPORTS ON EVENTS

ANO “STEP INTO THE FUTURE”
Communication groups with Juliana Yakubbo
On May 7, 2026, the “Step into the Future” Center hosted a practical training session titled “Communication Groups: From Theory to Practice,” led by Yuliana Yakubbo — an expert at the “Anton is Here Nearby” foundation, an ABA supervisor, a DIR/Floortime specialist, and a facilitator of communication groups. Colleagues and friends from other regions came to us — and it wasn’t just a training session, but a real meeting of like‑minded people. Live communication, exchange of experience, networking — and, of course, well‑deserved certificates for each participant. It’s days like these that remind us why we do all this.

AU...People 2026
We did it! Our organization held its first interregional conference, and it exceeded all expectations. More than 200 participants, speakers from different regions of Russia and even from abroad — one of the speakers joined us online from Budapest. The feedback was so warm and inspiring that we made a decision: from now on, this conference will become an annual event in Pyatigorsk. Thank you to everyone who was there — you made this day unforgettable.

The conversation in Alaska

Enlightenment begins where it is least expected — and that is precisely why our project “RASgovor” goes beyond the usual audiences. On February 17, 2026, we visited the innovative dental clinic “Alaska” in Pyatigorsk — a place that has been open to children with disabilities and ASD for many years. We gave a lecture, shared practical tools and methods for working with special children, and also presented the resources of the already existing “Friendly Medicine” project. Such meetings are not just about passing on knowledge; they are small steps towards a world in which every child finds understanding and care in places where they feel especially afraid. Thank you to the “Olyaski” team for their openness and sincere desire to do their job better — it’s precisely for people like them that we come.
A New Year's celebration for children and parents.

At the end of the year, together with our partner — Zdorovoe Otechestvo | Stavropol Krai — we held a New Year’s event for children and their parents. This was the first event implemented as part of the “SVOJ x Шаг” charity merchandise initiative: thanks to our partner’s support and the direction of the project’s profits, we were able to organize a warm, magical holiday for children with characters and a New Year’s atmosphere.

Healthy networking
On 14.12.2025, we became part of the “Healthy Networking” meeting — a space for lively dialogue, meaning, and genuine human connection.

We talked about mental health and inclusion — about why it’s important for people with any mental and physical disabilities not to be “somewhere nearby,” but to be part of society.

PROJECT PRESENTATION

"SVOJ x ШАГ. Ambassadors of Good"
10.10.2025 — the day that everything began.

For the “Step into the Future” center, this date became truly special.

We launched our first charity merchandise, “Your Step. Ambassadors of Good” — and it was from that day that our ship of good set sail.

A voyage where every purchase turns into help, and every item holds a piece of someone’s warm heart.

Thanks to you, most of the collection has already been sold,

and many Ambassadors of Good have joined our ranks,

who believe that small steps can change big lives.

While the collection is still available, don’t miss the chance to take a kind step.

After all, every shopper, keychain, or sticker you purchase is a contribution to the development of the center’s programs and support for the children we work for.

March 8, Step into the Future – 06.03.2025
The meeting on the eve of March 8th at our center turned out to be incredibly warm and beneficial! We organized art therapy sessions for mothers, and this day became a real celebration of creativity and inspiration. We would like to express special gratitude to our wonderful specialist, Tatyana, who conducts art and art therapy classes for children and adults with great love and professionalism. Thanks to her, each participant was able to open up, express their emotions through colors and shapes, and create something truly unique. Such events not only lift the mood but also help to better understand oneself and the world around us. We sincerely thank Tatyana for her contribution to the development and improvement of the emotional well‑being of all the participants.
